Personal Sales Support
HomeGaden will assign a dedicated sales support personal to assist you in your entire purchase process from product selection, payment, delivering and after sale support.
HomeGaden offer returns for store credit refund within 30 days of delivery.
The returned items must satisfy our return requirements:
·Items must be returned within 30 days of delivered date.
·Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
·Item must have all tags, including any original hangtags, attached.
·Swimsuits cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, due to hygiene concerns.
·Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
·Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you have return request, please contact your sales person to obtain return label to ship to our US return centers. Once our return center received your return package and inspected the items, we will issue you proper refund in store credit.
